OUR EXPERIENCE
After over 30 years of designing, managing and delivering enterprise cloud/Saas software solutions for the building design, project & construction management as well as facilities and asset management industry, we decided to alter direction. Now, we share our passion and expertise by helping others.
We worked with companies in almost every vertical industries and helped them identify and implement solutions to solve most of their challenges and streamline their internal and external processes and collaboration, while reducing cost, minimizing risk and increasing revenues.
Management
George Haddad, Assoc. AIA
George Haddad, founder and CEO of FALM Systems, LLC., is an industry veteran who started this technology consulting practice in 2017 to provide advisory and solution implementation and training services, with specific focus on capital projects, facilities and asset life-cycle management.
George brings over thirty years of domestic and international executive product management and strategy for SaaS/Cloud-based and business process automation collaboration software solutions. This is combined with global business development, enablement and product marketing. Most of his focus has been on asset-intensive capital projects, facilities management, asset life-cycle management and maintenance management for cloud solutions.
Prior to that, George was a member of the senior executive management team at Oracle Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit (previously known as Primavera Global Business Unit), which acquired Skire, Inc. in 2012. At Oracle, George was responsible for Strategic Customer Growth, Global Market Penetration, Strategic Relationships and Acquisition Strategies and Strategic Partner Enablement. In addition, George led the overall product strategy, solution development and marketing of the facilities and asset lifecycle and real estate management solution. These include Project Management, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Maintenance management as well as Real Estate Management.
At Skire, George served as Vice President of Product Management and Strategy, where he was charged with establishing and executing Skire’s strategic product direction, vision and roadmap and leading the product management team. During his tenure, he successfully led and launched the company's next generation best in class cloud-based products. Prior to joining Skire, George served as the Vice President of Product Management, Business Development and Marketing at Reed Construction Data. George also served as the Vice President of Product Management and Project Management at Citadon, Inc.
George also served in a number of leadership roles at Autodesk, Inc. including senior Product Manager and Industry Marketing Manager in the Design Solutions Division (formerly AEC Market Group).
Mr. Haddad obtained his Master’s degree in architectural engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1987 and his Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering. He also completed the Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
